There are two ways to log in to Pagecord: magic email links and passwords.
Magic links are the default. They let you log in via email without having to remember a password. You can add a password to your account if you prefer a traditional login flow, or use Pagecord as a PWA (Progressive Web App) on your phone or desktop.
Logging in with a magic link
- Go to pagecord.com/login
- Enter your blog subdomain and the email address you registered with
- Click Log in
- Check your email for a login link (it should only take a few seconds)
- Click the link to access your dashboard
Magic links can only be used once and they expire after 24 hours.
If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder and make sure you entered the same email address you used to create your account. This is the most common mishap.
Logging in with a password
If you have set a password, choose Log in with password instead on the login screen.
Enter your blog subdomain and password, then click Log in.
Setting a password
Pagecord doesn't require you to set a password, but you can set one at any time.
- Go to pagecord.com/password_resets/new
- Enter your blog subdomain and the email address you registered your account with
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Follow the link and choose a new password
You can also find this from Settings → My Account when you are logged in.
Passwords must be at least 12 characters.
Forgotten passwords
If you forget your password, use the same password reset flow to choose a new one.
You can still use magic links to log in, unless you no longer have access to the email address on your account.
